- Log in to your Prodigi dashboard
- Select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left-hand side
- Click into the order that you’d like to remove
- Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘Remove’ (taking this action will remove the order from your Prodigi dashboard but won’t affect the order in your Etsy account)
