Etsy will provide you with their own IOSS number, which will help ensure that your buyer isn’t charged twice for VAT. Please add Etsy’s IOSS number (which can be found under Orders & Shipping in Shop Manager) to your Prodigi account settings. This number must not be used for any other purpose or written on your packages.
